Controls Engineer JOB#053001:
Control Systems Engineer We are seeking a seasoned engineer who has gained extensive working knowledge in the field of control systems engineering and industrial automation. The main duties of this position is to design control programs for complex, automated material/part handling machines and equipment applying knowledge of IEC 61131 programming.
Qualifications include a minimum of 5 years industrial automation or related electromechanical experience. Strong knowledge of PLC’s, HMI’s, industrial communication networks and motion control. The candidate must be thoroughly familiar with the traditional control system disciplines of sensing, machine intelligence, and actuation, including the ability to engineer solutions for unexpected problems on short notice. A Bachelor of Science degree is required, preferably in electrical engineering. Advanced degree preferred. Travel is a requirement.
