CBW Automation can offer a variety of top entry robot options, varying from a high-speed model utilizing carbon fiber robot tooling with high-flow vacuum for part capture to a conventional type top entry robot with aluminum robot retrieval arms with high-pressure vacuum suction cups. In most cases, “strip stroke” movement by the robot retrieval tooling is available. Depending on the application, product transfer to the conveyor is facilitated by either an end of arm rotating wrist mechanism or via independent moving primary and or secondary product transfer mechanisms. Executions for molds with up to four parting lines are available. The system is controlled by our PC based Lumera® Controls platform which allows for remote connectivity for troubleshooting and support.
